DAY 1: VISITING NYUNGWE NATIONAL PARK FOR CANOPY WALKWAY
The tour will start in the morning around 06:am after breakfast you will meet with our guide at your hotel and he will drive you heading to nyungwe national park wich is located in south-west of rwanda, on the way you will be able to see different landscape and our guide will be explaining more about differnt areas that you will pass through after driving between 5 to 7 hours you will reach at Uwinka reception, after your payment you will start walking to canopy walkway. From there the driver will take you to hotel in rusizi town where you will take your dinner and spend night.
DAY 2: VISITING NKOMBO AND INSHYWA ISLANDS
After breakfast. We will start by doing a boat trips by visiting Nkombo Island in Lake Kivu, Nkombo Island is situated on Lake Kivu, right between the Democratic Republic of Congo and Rwanda. It is among Rwanda’s hidden treasures, with lush green hills and a peaceful breeze. It is the largest Rwandan island, 22 square kilometers, and is home to nearly 20,000 inhabitants. Nkombo is a natural bird sanctuary and is surrounded by Ishywa and Bweramata Islands on the Rwandan side of Lake Kivu. After the tour you the driver will take you back to hotel for refreshment and spend the night.
DAY 3: VISITING BUGARAMA HOTSPRING
We will start our tour at around 09 after taking a breakfast, we will drive heading to Bugarama hot spring in Nyakabuye sector. Hot spring lying at the bottom of a limestone quarry 60km from Rusizi town. Swimming in this water has real benefits for example; this water was scientifically proved to heal muscle disorders. It contains minerals like potassium chloride, sodium calcium sulphate, chloride, lithium sulphate, and phosphate, there is magnesium chloride and a lot more in varying quantities and all these contain a lot of medicinal values that the bodies need. From here the driver will drive you back to Kigali at your hotel and that will be the end of the tour.
